BPJ-SF series ventilator with flameproof and intrinsically safe double power and double frequency conversion governor (hereinafter referred to as inverter) is a kind of variable frequency speed regulation equipment with double power and double control system developed for the main and standby two local ventilators in coal mine. The inverter is suitable for the underground coal mine with coal dust, gas and other explosive gas dangerous environment, automatic control of local fan, its unique dual power supply and double frequency conversion system and automatic speed regulation of wind speed according to the gas concentration of the working face, providing a solution for the normal ventilation of underground coal mine fan and hidden dangers in the gas discharge process.

Good energy saving effect: the inverter automatically adjusts the output frequency according to the gas concentration to achieve on-demand wind supply, avoiding a lot of unnecessary energy consumption;

Improving the working environment: when the driving roadway is short and the gas concentration of the driving face is low, the frequency converter can reduce the wind speed at the outlet of the local air ventilator by reducing the output frequency, avoiding the flying of coal dust caused by excessive wind speed on the driving face, thus improving the working environment of the working face.

RS485, CAN, Ethernet interface, 4G/5G/WIFI can be configured to communicate with the coal mine power grid monitoring system, with telemetry, remote control, remote control, remote message, remote viewing and other functions, to achieve unattended substation;
